REGISTRATION

You are welcome to register for the conference at your best convenience.  Click here to register online or download the registration form.

Early registration will benefit of a discount, as shown below.  In order to enjoy this discount, please make sure that your payment is made by May 31, 2008. You may also register at the beginning of the conference and throughout the conference at regular price.

NOTE: registration fee is inclusive of APTA membership fee for 1 year (September 1, 2008 - August 31, 2009)

Instruction for Registration

• A separate registration form must be submitted for each attending delegate.
• Attendees are required to wear their nametags for admission to all official APTA functions. Spouses and guests of registered delegates must be officially registered in order to attend conference social functions. Nametags or tickets are required at all times.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER JUNE 30, 2008. All cancellations must be received in e-mail smlee@dau.ac.kr
• A full refund, less a processing fee of $50 will be given for cancellations received before June 30, 2008. Substitute registrations are accepted.
